Southeast PA car. Very clean underneath, not your typical Western PA rust. Good PA inspection with a clean Carfax on the dash for you to view. You won't find many 2000's between Pittsburgh and Erie this clean underneath. I've been doing this 43 years, you will like this one. Bob has a wrist pin noise at cold start, runs great!
